Tomorrow morning I will be appearing on Channel 2 News Morning at 7:15-7:20 am. Please watch and, as usual, provide me with your honest critique. I'm sure that won't be a problem for all of my friends here. :-)

Thanks,
Ron

Ron's probably neither "a replublican or a democrar." Obviously represents Belle Isle, though: MI 4th

I consider myself a moderate Democrat. The extremism prevalent in both political parties often prevents meaningful dialogue on important issues. As I have stated before, I do not consider myself a "politician" though. I recognize that I am seeking election to office, and must engage in the political process in order to do that, however, the blind allegiance to the interest groups of each party really turns me off about politics.

As one of the posts on my campaign blog indicates, I believe that one of the problems with politics is that too many elected officials allow politics to affect the process of governing.

When elected, I will represent Belle Isle. I know I can garner all of the votes there. :-)
