We had a recent thread that touched on the issue of tax liability for resident-only parks, and lo and behold today there's an article about that subject. (This forum has so much power, we even got the Court of Appeals to issue a ruling on it, but that's beside the point. Perhaps somebody wrote some letters. I don't know.)

Anyhow, seems resident-only parks can not be tax-exempt.
