Channel 4 news and the Detroit News had reported that There is a PERSON OF INTEREST to the Oakland Co. Child Killer Case. In a Lincoln Park neighborhood. Lincoln Park Police and Federal Authorities has arrested 56 year old Richard Raar from his Lincoln Park Home. Authorities founded evidence of " SEX DUNGEON!" full of chains used to hold any child ready for rape and they found photos of child pornography. Could the sex offender tell where the Oakland Co. Child Killer is at? And thoughts?

He got busted a long time ago for 3rd degree CSC and he claimed to be the Oakland County Child Killer when police interviewed him. He was just some nutjob trying to take credit for a high-profile crime, even the investigators are sure he is not related to the case. This nut has also been corresponding with prison inmates and that's what touched off his most recent arrest. Some inmate who he has been corresponding with went to the police. My guess is that this guy was admitting to the Oakland County Child killings in his letters to his prison friends. But there is no truth to it, he's just a lunatic sexual deviant with delusions of criminal grandeur, he's a sick fuck but not the OC child killer.
