the domain seems to be parked, and they are well behind their planned early 2006 occupancy/sales |

I call Piere LeBlanc about every few months. I get nothing. Ultimate residential prospect for me if/when it gets done. later - naturalsister |

Did someone forget to tell them that this is Detroit, not a slightly cheaper version of Manhattan? |

Pierre told me pre-construction price was set at $275 per sq ft and saying there would be a 15% increase after pre-construction phase is complete. This sets their smallest 1 bedroom - 1,022 sq ft unit starting at about $281,000. |

I dropped by during lunch a couple weeks ago. Got a quick tour of the 22nd floor. Prices started at $280,000 for a lower floor single bedroom and 2 bedrooms started at $400,000. The lobby still needed a bunch of work, and the floor I was on was just empty space. Great views though, and they had a couple cool floor plans. If remember correctly, they were planning on November for the first move in dates. Been lurking on the forum for about a year, finally glad to contribute. |

I can't imagine a better front yard than Campus Martius Park and Woodward Avenue. |

Please, I've lived in Manhattan. This isn't slightly cheaper. A place like that in a comparable part of downtown currently goes for 8-10 times these Detroit prices. Get with it folks, these will get to completion and they'll be gone in a blurr. There are a lot of people around here with the coins. later - naturalsister |
