Anyone know what’s up at the CC bar?
Looks like they are putting a nice new TPO roof on, and it seems like they cleaned part of the cornice.
I didn't have time to stop and ask the doods working there, but there were at least 10 of them.
I am hoping for more then just mothballing? |

There is a sign on there that says:
"Do not Demolish: Court Order"
or something like that. I also noticed a bunch of people out there the past few weeks. |

Yes they will. All of those lots surrounding the building are owned by Olympia. They are off-limits except for Olympia events. |

I was only kidding about the parking garage.
It actually is the HFD Let’s Do Something Team fixing up the place because we need a new meeting area since the Madison on Broadway kicked us out for bringing our own tacos on meeting nights. |
