Can someone please tell me were I can learn more about this?

What neighborhoods are eligible?
What are the tax breaks?
How long do they last?

Things like that.

Thanks

I can give you a few details-
I am buying a loft on Canfield - taxes are about 300 bucks a year...for 12 years.
I think a search on NEZ in Detroit would probably give you some locations.

Depends. New build will be NEZ (56% reduced - comes out to more). Historic are cheaper since it is taxed upon the pre-rehabbed appraisal and split between number of unts like the 300 above.

The stuff KK got passed is for existing neighborhoods and will be, I believe a 12-15 mill reduction and neighborhoods will be rolled in.
