I would say that building is a goner. The steel beams swelled and distorted due to the heat.

While it may not have looked anything like it used to, the current owners did a good job in keeping the building looking presentable. Now only a weed filled empty lot will remain.

Even those folks in Widsor can't even take care of its historical landmarks. Are they creating their own personal ghetto?

yes we are trying to copy from you guys..
i was the drummer in my rock band during the early 1990's and we used to perform there often. Best sound system in a bar that i'd ever heard before.
it was truly a Rock n Roll place.

Aiw..yes i remember them ! We played with the "New Minister's" alot. Also the "dead Kings"... My band was called "The Deep" also "Black eyed Susan" at some point. we played there in 1993/94/95 ish.
We loved it there !
