The legislation should call for the lowering of tolls. Crossing at Sarnia is half the price of crossing at the bridge. |

In it's current form, C-3 does allow the government to override the bridge operators and impose toll changes if they see fit. |

Thanks Yupislyr (I say with my tail between my legs). subsection 15(b) - allows the Governor in Council to make regulations with respect to tolls. Next time I will read the legislation before commenting.... |
