I need to find a place where I can learn to cook Chinese food. Windsor-ites, do you know of any such place? Or can you point me towards some sort of Windsor related forum/website where they might have such info?
Thanks!

Try Saint Clair College. I'm sure they have some summer cooking courses. Don't the city rec centres also do the same thing? Check the city of windsor web site. Usually they have cheap chinese cook books available at Chapters. It's amazing what you can learn from reading.

There are cooking courses available at St. Clair college and a few classes used to be available at Mackenzie Hall. Though I am not sure if they are still available. You can try calling them.

Seriously, is there not a Commuinity College in Wayne/Oakland/Macomb that offers the same kind of thing?

Blondy appears to want to learn how to cook Chinese food. Windsor does have a considerable Chinatown, so that is probably why Blondy is looking at Windsor for lessons.

Blondy, this may sound crazy, but maybe you should cold call Chinese restaurants during off peak hours and ask to speak to someone in the kitchen -- although I suspect that managers would not appreciate this....
