I dare say that these operator's negligence is a far more significant problem than bogus callers, which, while certainly a nuisance on society, is just the cost of doing business. A year in jail is a joke. It should be certain they never work for the community again, lest they fail other people who depend on them. |

Nice to see there is at least some token action being taken. Unfortunately the root causes of hiring and training practices are what really need to be addressed and will likely go unchanged. |
