Nice to see that Histeric is putting up his own $$$ for projects in which he believes. Like the Masonic Halls also strung out all over Detroit, these Euro-ethnic clubs need to be preserved under adaptive re-uses. The article failed to mention the Jewish Community Centers, Workmen's Circles, Schvitzim, part of the legacy of Jews. The synagogues were often organized along nationalities such as the Russian, Hungarian, or Polish schules.
