Did the Riverfront 4 theater close? They have no movies listed and their voice mail box is full. (Message edited by saabdriver1986 on December 22, 2006) |

I just tried going there Monday night, and the movie I wanted to see was sold out....so they were open, popcorn and everything. |

Check the moviefone.com website. http://movies.aol.com/showtime s/detroit-mi/48226/theaters#95 45 It looks like its still going. I saw Casino Royale there a few weeks ago. Great flick and a nice place to see a show. It was my first time going there. |

Riverfront 4 is pretty unprofessional when it comes to calling their number and finding a movie listing. I've gotten the "this mailbox is full" message numerous times. And when I do get a recording of movie times, I struggle to understand what they are saying. |

I went tuesday at lunch to pick up a couple of tickets for my parents so they could go there after going to Andiamo's (as an X-mas gift), the movies listed were first run, placed looked ready to go, but the first movie was at 3! Therefore, no one was around! |

Wow, I didn't think anyone still called the actual theater for show times, lol. |

It's still on Yahoo... That was my thought as well...who calls for showtimes anymore? I do have to say...customer service there has taken a nose dive. At least we're always ready with cash now...no more last minute sprints down the hall to 500 tower atm. We're used to their ineptitude when it comes to processing electronic transactions. Come on aready, it's 2006(7). Get with it. Aside from all of that tom-foolery, we do love it for it's convenience...it's so awesome to have a theatre that close to home. ESPECIALLY since beacon east closed (our former haunt) on the east side... |

LOL, the OPPOSITE of that horrible Visa check-card commercial! The one fellow who was handling all the concession/ticket sales a month ago was stellar...great personality and never gave up, even with fifteen people in line behind us. He even paid attention to me when I came back out immediately and complained about the picture and sound!! Got a manager and everything, even went out of his way to THANK ME for the feedback. I'd argue about that customer service...every time I go it is good. I pay cash, though. |
