This report details a very unfair distribution of subsidies and investments in low density and sprawling communities in Michigan. They conclude that this does not benefit Michigan and effects older established cities....

unfortunately to the victors go the spoils. Since we live in a capitalist society, this should not surprise anyone as the victors live in the furthest most areas.

Sometimes I am amazed at the amount of apathy we get from the public on major planning issues.
