All, I am a regional manager for a large property management firm headquartered here in Metro Detroit. I am looking for a professional salesperson to fill the role of a leasing consultant at two of my apartment communities. The role would be split, three days a week at one community and two at another. For confidentiality reasons I cannot list the specific communities but they are here in the metro area. The position would be full-time, starts at $12.00/hour + commission and includes benefits. Commissions usually range anywhere from $300 to $600 a month but could be a lot more depending on success with rentals.
