One could buy a house....if they had at least 10% and maybe as much as 20% down, a perfect credit score, they want to spend at least 80-90K(less costly mortgages are tough to get as there is not much profit in them), they have a job and they're staying in Michigan for at least 5 years (with a job) or else they'll lose their shirt (they still may lose $ even after another five years). |
