For those interested in the inner workings of what is shaping up to a very convoluted process (as discussed on various other threads), copies of several agencies' responses to the bridge company's environmental assessment can be found here:

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a copy of the environmental assessment itself - anyone else? Apologies if these have already been posted.
