Hi Ryan,

That sunset shot is stunning! As always, great work! Soon, I am going to post a "tour" around Tiger Stadium that I put together from my visit to Detroit last summer.

Not the on the ground photos but some photos from my flight from Boston last week. The sprawl does make for some impressive aerial vistas.

I like both shots. The Ferris Wheel shot is great. How long an exposure did you need for that?

Theres no hijacking here. My intent wasnt for this thread to be just me posting photos, but a lot of people. It just so happens that I do the most posting. Nice shot btw.

Southen, I really like the Zug Island shot. Did you desaturate a little on that shot?

Cman710: I didnt really desaturate that shot. I liked the colors in the structure too much. I did play with it though to give kind of a vintage feel.

Hardliner: I dont mind if you post them to the blog as long as I reciever credit and perhaps a link back to my flickr account.

The central business district from the Detroit River. A shot of the skyline that doesnt have the Ren Cen in it....kind of refreshing.

It is. I always thought that it would be interesting to see a shot from across the river looking back at east Jefferson with all of the apartment high rises. I mean some of those places are packed almost as dense as downtown it seems like and are really pretty tall and all lined up like books on a shelf. Guess you just see enough of downtown and look for something different.
