I was wondering if anyone knew of any good spots. I was fishing in the huron river today and pulled out about 5 smallmouth bass. A few days before that i pulled a bunch of largemouth out of lake stclair by harbor club. If you know of any hot spots please share.

Lake St. Clair right now, off metro beach, they are killing waleye... however, this may last only a few more days as the summer heats up, they will move into colder waters in the shipping channel... usually right at the drop off.

Usually fire tiger spoons and peral bellied ones

So there are still a ton of walleye out in the middle channel in midsummer, or should i try to get out now, i only have sporadic access to a boat. Im gonna be trying out using a small mepps minnow out on the huron river tommoorw, i think there might be some walleye out there, but if not ill just pull bass out all day hopefully.

7milekid,
There's a nice spot at the foot of Alter. It's kind of where the river starts from Lake St. Clair. I've caught walleye off the shore a couple of times. There's a new spot there but also plenty of space to fish farther down the breakwall.
I also like a little spot just north of Fort Wayne on W. Jefferson. I think it's called Delray park and it's at the foot of a street called Rademacher. I've caught some silver bass there.
