So where are the best locations to view the fireworks from tomorrow night?

I've always favored Windsor. But I also linger around quite a bit afterwards and then come across the Bridge much later to avoid the initial sea of humanity there.

I'm excited to actually be around this year for the fireworks, each year something has been going on or we've been out of town!

In years past I've always enjoyed Windsor, but like smogboy said, hang around or be ready to wait to get back across! There's a coffee-absinthe bar over there as well that could make the fireworks even more enjoyable...

does anyone know if the streets will be blocked to pedestrian traffic travelling south toward jefferson, as they were last year - i.e., limiting the number of people admitted to the hart plaza area?

Yes, I believe I heard this on the Radio. My guess is that with the weather being iffy, the crowd may be a little smaller.
