Woman's Body Found At Old Train Station
Police Believe Woman Died Of Natural Causes
July 3, 2006

A body was found at the old Michigan Central train station in southwest Detroit on Sunday night.

Police said the woman found dead was not murdered. It is believed she died of natural causes.

It was not known how long the woman's body had been there.

The woman was bundled in winter clothes and was found on the first floor, where she was apparently sleeping when she died, according to police.

(I have a feeling that this is not the first time a dead body has been found inside....)

I wonder what her life story was that she ended up there. At the very least she ended up in a place of immense elegance.

Lowell, do you really think the story of how she ended up at the station is that deep considering some of the facts we know? On a first assumption, it simply sounds that she lived on the streets in this area, and probably didn't go pick somewhere to die. There are countless homeless that inhabit or go through these buildings, as I'm sure you know better than I.

Dude, I already posted this on the existing MCS thread, go figure. If you didn't spend so much goddamn time at the afterhours place near the train station maybe you would have noticed.

She was holding her breath waiting for the police station to be built.

If she knew she was dying, I don't think it was much comfort to her that she was in a place of immense elegance. Or to her relatives, if she had any left and if they cared.

I find it hard to make any jokes about this poor woman.
