This is a MUST SEE for anyone who remembers Bill Bonds from WXYZ-TV. This clip does contain some harsh language. Consider yourselves warned. This is absolutely classic Bonds.

Love him or hate him, we ALL watched Billy. I miss him. His style may be yesterday's news, but I ONLY watched Channel 7 when he was king.

Remember Lou Gordon? Any footage of him lying around anywhere?

The Channel 50 Gordon shows have survived, but they're not on the web.

All of the Gordon footage was on 2 inch quad.
It is very hard to find a machine to play them on nowadays.
If Ed says they have been saved, I hope so. The last I saw them, they were slated for the dumpster, but that was about 10/15 years ago.
They do have evey epsiode of the earth shattering "Straight Talk' show ever produced... go figure.

I was told by someone who knows Gordon's daughter that the tapes were saved. And if anybody out there has access to a 2" quad machine, please let me know. I've got a couple of reels of Soupy material that I'm dying to take a look at.
