Have any of you been to an event at the Belle Isle Casino (wedding, fundraiser, etc)? If so, what were your impressions? Thanks! |

events are nice at the Casino, however it can't really make a huge amount of money with the Isle closing at 10pm now. That rules out most receptions and parties, unless you do them early in the day |

I believe the those who are at events on the isle get to stay, but I could be wrong. I have hosted an event for over 200 young adults at the Casino and it was wonderful. The staff were very accomodating and the space was perfect. A little warm, but that was the only complaint. |

I was at a wedding reception (as were a few other forumers) last spring at the casino and it was beautiful. Kind of a hike to get to the bathrooms (marble staircase + high heels + three glasses of wine) but it was very nice. |
