Well, since it's categorized as a documentary, the director's name is obviously German and it's listed as a West German film, I would put the ideas together and deduce that it was a documentary about Detroit made by a West German film company. I might even stretch a bit further and suggest the American Beauty Iron Company building on Woodward was covered. Given that, and Lowell's presence in the film, I might think the documentary has something to do with the decay of Detroit. | ||

The only thing that I can figure out about the movie by looking a bad translations from German movie sites, is that it probably has something to do with the American Beauty Iron factory in the New Center area, it was set in the 1930s, and had something do do with the labor movement.
