One of the most well kept buildings in Detroit is crumbling? It can't be that serious. Perhaps a piece of ornamentation as a result of weathering?

Well I walked outside of it and there were a bunch of chunks in the street and people were looking up.

Say it ain't so! :-(

But even so, it will probably be fixed. Hopefully you won't be able to tell which peices are new. It might be a problem matching the brick, especially since it was a custom brick for the building.

No, it was just that Skulker guy hitting the roof over something or another. :-)

So just because a few pieces are found on the ground that allegedly fell from the Guardian mean the building is "crumbling?" I sure hope it doesn't collapse. Uh oh, watch out this could be the next Madison Lenox!

Oh, you'll like what you see, Exmotowner. All the Griswold St. skyscapers have seen some sort of modernization. Dime, Ford, Buhl, Penobscot, and keeping my fingers crossed for the Stott.

Don't wait too long... the Guardian Building has been restored since 1984!
