Has anyone ever seen this guy perform? He is possibly the filthiest, funniest most politically incorrect comedian I have ever seen in my life. I guess he has been around for decades, mostly on the east side. Anyone know about him?

Yep. Last time I saw him he was speculating what would happen when the Northern suburbs reached Flint. All of our pick-ups would be in a circle for defense purposes.

He's been around forever. He had a shot at Vegas in the 70's, and the rumor is that something happened besides his lack of talent. His routine is Midwest flavored, which was a problem in Vegas too.

That his routine still gets laughs, is a sad comment on his Eastside suburban white audience. He was still telling Cole-MAN jokes when I accidently saw his routine a few years ago.

Last year, he was performing weekly at the Last Resort on grosebeck in Roseville. Not sure if he is still there? He is a lot like Andrew Dice Clay.

Clay is a guy that got the most out of the least amount of talent. Talk about bottom of the barrel humor.

Still a sad commentary...

I remember Freeman from his 60's days at Dirty Helen's in the old Leland Hotel. His act was mostly impersonations and music then...good entertainment...no politically incorrect or racial humor. Always thought he would make it nationally. To foster the prejudicial leanings of others, however, is not humorous.

Right now Jim Freeman is a regular at Bamboozles (the old Regency Room) on 12 mile between Van Dyke and Mound. I saw him about a month ago and it was great. I laughed so hard I was crying. His humor is very uncensored. I would compare him to the more mainstream John Valby. Great show though.
