This is good to hear, I was begining to wonder about the riverfront projects. I can't wait to invest money in one of these units.

Skipper's rule acknowledged, this is just more great news that seems to be a daily event anymore.

Does anyone have an update on GM's plan to develop residential, essentially between @water and RenCen.
