We've spotted some heavy black smoke through the office buildings while looking west from the RenCen. Maybe near MGM or Tiger Stadium? Any one have any news on where exactly, and what, is burning?

I couldn't find anything on Freep or DetNews on it.

CF Smith Company Pure Food Stores Warehouse-the back part on Vinewood, north of Toledo. Toxic smoke is reported, but the republicans say that it's good for you.

Sure Barnes and the fact that the smoke is black means its been oppressed by white puffy clouds overhead.

Sad, to think that one cannot even mention a fire without mindless political banter...carry on.

Bored now.

Evacautions are canceled, but "keep your windows closed"...hahaha ! Oh, and dont inhale.

"crushed plastic" was the description of the stuff in the warehouse. They called it abandoned, but I thought that it had peeps working there- at least last time I was at the building.

part of a huge megaloft project. Perhaps the units in this building will be delayed a bit.

What project??? Or is the humor here just too subtle for me today? Notice I said "today". My brains have been replaced with snot at the moment.
