It's good to see things moving right along with all the casinos. Construction anywhere is good news to me...

Any accomodations for the tram gondola or is that a dead issue?

Portland, Oregon is about to open their tram from Willamette River to the OHSU Medical Center on Marquam Hill. It goes up like a ski lift.

jjaba, on the Westside.

I think the gondola is dead (for now). Actually, I think the Gondola people wanted the Windsor terminus to be West of Ouellette rather than East of Ouellette (where the Casino is).

Oh, jjaba thought it was to run into the Casino and over to Ren Cen, eh. Thanks.
Wasn't the prototype car over on the Casino Windsor lawn? Did they remove that fantasy yet?

jjaba.

Hah! I forgot about the gondola thing... but lotsa luck if they do try it. I used to live close to the Roosevelt Island tram in NYC. That rickety old thing was broken more often than it ran.

Anyway, nice pics AIW. Can't believe how much work has been done since the last time I was at that place.
