hey Bump this! why isnt everyone fawning over this positive piece??? If someone says something remotely negative there's a flame war. Here we have a positive post....linked by CL (that may be the answer right there)...and all I hear are crickets. Maybe it's just the hardwired insecurities and inferiority complex Detroiters seem to lug around. Need to have someone slam them before the dander is up. In any event, in addition to some positive media coverage, this is a pretty well-written piece, and Mr. Howes deserves some kudos for that. | ||

It is a great article, no doubt. It's not the first time I've read that only Detroit residential real estate is selling in the region, or the entire state. That says something in itself. | ||
