red bamboo, i have no idea where it is other than somewhere in manhattan (google it or something), i've not actually been there, but it is awesome, my girl brought me some take out all the way back to detroit, its that good |

Thanks for the Blue Smoke tip. Will have to check it out. It's not pure veggie, but the menu for Kelly & Ping in Soho features a lot of veggie dishes. It's our usual choice for eating out when in Manhattan. |

I'm late on this but, next time you go to NYC check out Teany Cafe on 90 Rivington. www.teany.com It's owned by musician Moby and his friend Kelly. They have great teas and a wonderful eclectic menu. Since Moby lives in NYC, you can often find him hanging out at Teany, serving and just being there talking to the customers. |
