My cat Peter insists on fresh water. He will sit by the water bowl and if he isn't noticed he will yell for you to come change his water. Bigglenlake you are meanspirited on every post you make, if you don't like cats get off this post. |

My Missy as well;
I was adopted by her when one of my mother's tenants died leaving her unwanted by anyone in her family, she's a real sweetie at 12 years old. |

I wonder why a lot of orange animals get those black spots on their noses, tongues and lips as they age |

Bigb23, you are hilarious! My husband and I just cracked up! We've seen many pix of cats in costumes, and yours is the first suicide bomber, ever. OMG, that is crazy funny. Gravity, your Supermonster, or is it lo? is beautifully marked. Way cool! Rrl, your Vinny sure knows how to relax, eh? Great pic. Now that Jams turned me on to that shrink your pictures website I think I will start a "Pictures of Killer" thread. Ha ha ha! Not really. Jams, you rock, thank you! |

Ha ha, Erie - didn't think about that! Killer almost ate a squirrel when he first decided to stay. I agree Erie, but my husband named him. We also call him Kee-Kee, Kay, Kay-Kay, Kiddaleekoo, buddy, most handsome boy, my baby, fatty (totally my fault, I know), etc. We are just stupid in love with this cat. Jams, is Squeakers back yet? I sure hope so. Diane, Peter is fussy like Killer - how the heck did it happen that he only likes fresh water? He's a cat for pete's sake. Killer will sit in the bathtub waiting for us to turn on the faucet to a drizzle. Then he will drink. He always forgets to turn off the water, though. You and I have spoiled them |

"Jams, is Squeakers back yet? I sure hope so." Yes, she's trying to walk across the keyboard of the computer at this moment. She's been a Godsend, after my Quixote died, I promised myself, NO MORE PETS, but I'm so happy she moved in. She is such a trip. She has no fear of anything, except Missy, who will cuff her when she exceeds her bounds. This was Quixote, whom I still mourn;

Kathinozarks, great cat pictures! Cat lover here, will someday be a cat owner again. This is Mr. Squeak in happier days... he has since gone on to his great reward. (This is also my first time ever uploading a picture!)

That Quixote cat had some wild looking eyes. Is that common? (not much of a cat person) |

This thread has not only shared some great pets with us all, but it has introduced a few folks on how to upload photos into DY. That's good news. There's often threads that would be so much better with a few photos. As long as Lowell's bandwith can handle 'em, why not? |

Ragtop, Evelyn and Jams, Do you guys think that orange (red) cats are more friendly than other cats, in general? We've had different cats, and have loved each of them, but man, Killer is just THE BEST. Evelyn, Mr. Squeak was a doll. Great big paws and he made me think of Killer. Well, Cheerio makes me think of him also. Here's the only thing about having cats. They only live so long, and then you keep having to go through the grief when they leave this world. I really am starting to hate that. Ragtop, all your cats are beautiful! thanks Matt for starting this thread! Your cats are spoiled rotten, arent they!? Yes, they are. |

Cheerio has caught a squirrel, but is happy with any playmates that show up.
Phoebe only seeks the Sun, Lays out all the time, Never chased anything? Gus loves birds, but hasn't learned to shimmy up the pole to the Martin house, Just as happy to "play" with Phoebe whenever she is laying out! |
