Does anyone know why this house is constantly listed in the Detroit Historic Commission's agenda for Demolition by Neglect? It's has been appearing every month for over 2 years now. I know that there was renovation taking place on the house. There was even a website for it. I haven't been able to locate it today. If I can find it in my bookmarks at home I will try to post it tonight.

i saw that house for sale, not too long ago. the listing was for $445k, but had the tagline "will sell for lower price if owner wants to proceed with renovations by themselves." haven't seen it listed recently tho...

uh, if it's really listed for $445k, then that explains why it's constantly listed and probably will be for the next 20 years
