It was built as the Kelvinator appliance plant, was later the Nash HQ after Nash bought Kelvinator, as Dochemain says, is now Jeep engineering.

The front entrance of the Kelvinator Co factory, 14250 Plymouth Rd. Formerly the Electric Refrigeration Co in 1937, then Kelvinatorm, then Nash-Kelvinator, then American Motors. {I think I've got the order right}
