Need stamped,construction drawings for Ann Arbor nightclub. Design work, floor plan is completed.
Ready to begin work.

No one in their right mind would sign and seal drawings they didn't prepare themselves. You're asking someone to take on a tremendous amount of liability. I say this as a licensed design professional.

it depends on what you need long; if you're purely looking for someone to stamp and seal your drawings, then dan is right: no architect will do that. architects assume liability for building whose drawings bear their seal.

however, if you are looking for someone to put together construction/permit drawings BASED on your designs, then most places will be able to help you out. i am working for an architectural firm right now. feel free to contact me at rockstarchitect@aol.com for my business info and/or any other questions.

Kraemer does amazing work. i believe they did the vineology loft in ann arbor, as well as the merchants row and parts of the broderick tower plans. AMAZING company. check them out.
