No one in their right mind would sign and seal drawings they didn't prepare themselves. You're asking someone to take on a tremendous amount of liability. I say this as a licensed design professional. | ||

it depends on what you need long; if you're purely looking for someone to stamp and seal your drawings, then dan is right: no architect will do that. architects assume liability for building whose drawings bear their seal. however, if you are looking for someone to put together construction/permit drawings BASED on your designs, then most places will be able to help you out. i am working for an architectural firm right now. feel free to contact me at rockstarchitect@aol.com for my business info and/or any other questions. -rsa (RockStArchitect) | ||

Kraemer does amazing work. i believe they did the vineology loft in ann arbor, as well as the merchants row and parts of the broderick tower plans. AMAZING company. check them out. | ||
