They have done a nice job on the web site however the pricing is not set up correctly from floors 3-13 vs 14 and up.The lower numbers have one additional unit. Check it out. www.1001woodward.com

Wow they put some effort into that. You can even see the window views from each of the units.

I'd prefer a building with some more character, but damn, the location and views are a huge selling point.

Interesting. There are several active lawsuits going on to foreclose on construction liens and..most recent (filed in May) is a foreclosure action by the land contract vendor seeking to recoup the property from the developer. all public record in WCCC. hard to see how this project will ever get past the neat-o website stage.

I had heard the new parking deck they built may also be foreclosed on. yes the new one with CVS in it.

WHo are they not paying to cause the foreclosure - city taxes, county, lenders, etc?

all of the above...allegedly. complaint alleges unpaid taxes, not paying the land contract vendor, and not paying contractors.
