Very cool! I love the Don Jones city compositions; as you say, they have a timeless quality. I'd be interested in seeing a series contrasting them with "slick" new strip malls- we'd appreciate in an instant the deep tie many Detroit businesses have to their community vs. the bland, sterile strips that tie to nowhere and serve Anywhere, USA.
