Bruno and Bubba were tired of getting electrocuted by swiping the insides out of light-poles so they decided to pull one big heist and get out of the business. Police are unsure of their physical descriptions, but want people to look for the 'Godzilla-sized grocery cart' used to haul the statue away with. |

While they were at it, they also stole the gate to the water plant and the Belle Isle fountain. Two more shopping carts to look for. |

Ha Ha very funny, NOT although it might be a good idea to pump about 10KV into the statue to prevent unauthorized access |

£3m Henry Moore sculpture stolen BBC News http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_ news/england/beds/bucks/herts/ 4537670.stm "A bronze statue worth £3m ($5.3m) by sculptor Henry Moore has been stolen from the grounds of a museum. "The 1969/1970 work is 3.6m long, 2m high by 2m wide and weighs 2.1 tonnes." This is no joke in England. |

Don't worry--it'll be easy to nab these perps. The BBC story noted quote:One offender is described as wearing a hooded jacket and one a baseball cap

Remember when the giant footprints were painted from the Spirit of Detroit statue to the nekkid lady statue in front of the gas building? |

Hopefully, the thieves will return to the scene of the crime and this time abscond with The Fist. |

I don't understand why people have such a big problem with "The Fist"? I happen to like it more then the Spirit of Detroit. |
