I saw a sign for this when I left Farmer Jack (E. Jefferson) this morning. Is this a new development? Is it supposed to be located on the empty lot where the sign is? |

its a group of homes being developed on the downtown side of St. Jean near Vernor/Kercheval. In the Shadow of DCX's Jefferson North Assembly plant. Don't think its doing well though. |
