basically, it's part of new center really, anything north of 94 is really new center...even though TechTown is a cool name for the tech buildings perhaps as far as economic office development. But Im sorta partial to New Center Council's name (New Amsterdam Historic district) for the area as far as a more 24hr vibe is concerned | ||
