basically, it's part of new center really, anything north of 94 is really new center...even though TechTown is a cool name for the tech buildings perhaps as far as economic office development. But Im sorta partial to New Center Council's name (New Amsterdam Historic district) for the area as far as a more 24hr vibe is concerned |

This is that deal, this is what Detroit needs, something to really get the revitalization going in high gear, this is yet another thing, to make Detroit what it once was. Piece by piece. |

Model DTV loves that Slumber Party song. They used it in their Book Cadillac video too. Glad they are using local music. Slumber Party is great. |

Oh yeah... That Slumber Party song is the bomb! And how many times can that guy in the Book Cadillac clip say "original grandeur"? Oye. I wouldn't kick him out of bed, though. |

Bump This project has the most potential to move Detroit forward. Several technical / biotechnical business that continue to grow and will do nothing but expand and potentially build in the city. |

Downtown, Midtown, WSU, Cultural Center, Tech Town, New Center. Is that the correct order of neighborhoods northbound on Woodward? |

I like the part where the guy said, "this will be the most dense neighborhood in Detroit." |

Well I hope it isn't the most dense neighborhood in Detroit. They outta be pretty damn smart. They are a bunch of scientists for crying out loud! Who wants dense scientists? (Message edited by el_jimbo on January 18, 2007) |

The way he said things, really showed that he was determined to make this happen. He showed great optimism. I think that there should be more people like him among our leadership in the city. |
