Sources said there was smoke coming from the top of the hotel that has been under construction. Because the building is an addition in progress, there were no people inside the building. Officials said they believe it was an electrical fire. The flames have been put out. The side of the building is "singed," according to Local 4. An investigation is under way. | ||
