Great shots, thanks. I especially enjoy the shots up Gratiot and that last one of Midtown. That Midtown view always pleases me. |

Thanks for the photos Fareastsider. I really enjoyed them. It must have been great fun seeing the city from that vantage point. (Message edited by milwaukee on February 23, 2007) |

Too cold? It was warm outside, and I just came back from Jackson, MS where it was 70+. Hope you're looking forward to Sunday when we get several inches of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. AKA, this will be a good ice storm if the weather forecast was right (for once.) |

I just noticed that on the bottom left corner of the Stott theirs a big white arrow. Is that just graffiti or is it there for a reason? Anyone know the story? http://i141.photobucket.com/al bums/r50/fareastsider/Detroit1 76.jpg |

Here's a photo I took today from Mt. Elliot Park. I was checking if any more sections of the East Riverfront trail were open. They weren't, but I did see much progress since the last time I was there.

http://www.flickr.com/photo_zo om.gne?id=401180441&context=se t-72157594273942314&size=l I don't have time to take enough photos, nor can I spend as much time as I like in Detroit. Here is a photo I took Saturday at the DIA, and if you click on my name moniker at the upper right of that page you can see the rest of my Detroit photos. (I could not get a direct link to my homepage from this message box to save my life). All the photos you'll find of Campus Martius and the DIA are from Saturday. |
