I called the box office and they told me you will need to pick up wristband on Friday night for tickets on Sat. morning. If this is the case does anyone know the rules of how many tickets/games you can purchase at once. Also will opening day tickets go on sale Sat. or at a later date. |

I would have just asked the box office those questions when you were on the phone with them. Maybe they would know? See you there for the first Yanks-Tigers series. |

For those of you interested in futures bets, the Tigers are 10-1 to win the '07 World Series. But the Lions are 150-1 to win the '08 Super Bowl (Super Bowl XLwhatever). For the helluvit, I put ten bucks on the Lions. |

Sunset Station in Henderson, Steve, but I think those figures will hold in most any sports book. |

Jerome, I'm sure you can try to get them online as well but the fees associated with buying tickets online has been astronomical as of late. |

Tigs announced today that opening day tickets will NOT be onsale this Saturday due to such high demand this year and the huge increase in season ticket sales. They're going to hold a lottery for the chance to buy some, like they did for the World Series. Interesting. They are really making bank. I'm going to break up my Opening Day streak this season and instead spend more money on good seats for key games i.e. the first series v. Minnesota and the games v. St. Louis in May. |

You think Minnesota will be a good series, Mack? I think Cleveland will be the team to beat in the Central this year. Minnesota's pitching, save for Santana, looks incredibly weak. But I guess this is a conversation better suited for the Sports Forum. |

I already have my opening day tickets, so I'm good to go. I have 3 seats for the 27 game package this year and can't wait for the season to start. Now I just need to figure out how to change my screen name to Tigers2007. |

see you there tigs'05. the wife and i renewed our 27 game plan as well. my dad tried to buy a mini-plan and all they had left were 6 game packages. that's a mighty big bandwagon! i guess it turned out pretty well that we first got our tix the year after the dismal '03 season... |

Mackinaw, I may do the same. Who's up for getting tanked at the bar that day instead? You can bet your ass that the often shoulder to shoulder crowd even during the games from years past will be even more congested this year. |
