The nonprofit group Cityscape Detroit is proud to present Kristine Kidorf, owner of Kidorf Preservation Consulting and board member of the Michigan Historic Preservation Network (MHPN), speaking on “The Economic Benefits of Historic Preservation.” In particular, Kidorf will talk about the MHPN’s recently released “Report Card” study which shows that historic preservation has added billions of dollars to Michigan’s economy. The event will be on Tuesday, March 20 at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at SmartDetroit on the 13th floor of the Penobscot Building (downtown Detroit), 645 Griswold St., Detroit, MI. The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP if possible at rsvp@cityscapedetroit.org, but walk-ups are welcome.

Sounds like a great event. I would like to go but can't make it there.
