So you're saying there opening at Bel-Air. That's better news. Detroit needs to advertise the mall they have before breaking grounds for new ones. I assume they will take over the Target Space. I do want to add one thing, I heard that they were going to be the anchor to the one on 8 Mile and Woodward and should be done by Spring '09. Either one is great though. | ||
