I question building a speculative project with no tenants with taxpayers money, but I hope it works out. It's a great location off 1-75.

I question that a little too. I question any speculative developments right now. You hear me Pulte? Yeah, I'm talking to you. Leave that forest alone until someone actually WANTS to live there.
