I am sure Detroit and other cities will face complete insanity if the Government shuts down this upcoming May, as posted by various media. (sarcasm implied)

Who will make the decisions? What will we do without the government?

I have a feeling the only people that will notice will the be the people told to stay home. They won't even notice until their paycheck comes up a little short.
