Are the 3rd and 4th pics of Brush Park? If they are, I see plenty of differences.

Sorry about the pessimism. Brush Park has changed for the better, but the last picture, not so much.

Yes, Scs100, those two pics are Brush Park. Both are on Edmund St. #3 is the Lucien Moore House, that has been renovated, profiled on HGTV, and must be almost done. #4 is what was renovated as the Edmund Place restaurant, which burned at a total loss and was razed.

The neighborhood strips haven't changed much. Only difference may be more vacant lots than there was.

The last picture has changed significantly if you look at the skyline. Notice, some of those buildings in that picture are parking lots now and the Comerica Tower isn't in there either.
