David Hall of Rock financial and quicken loans today announced that he has, after long inside debate, decided to move his company headquarters to downtown detroit. Quicken Loans has purchased the historic Michigan Central Station from Matty M..

Though he said that the company would initially only move 1,000 jobs to the city, he hoped that being located in a midwestern metropolis would increase business and Hall then projected as many as 2,000 additional new white collar jobs to be created in downtown by 2011. As a lover of the city, Hall is offering all employees a yearly bonus of 4k if they are residents of the city of Detroit.

As a part of the immense project, the remnants of Tiger's Stadium are to be turned into a little league stadium/retail/residential/mic higan sports hall of fame

Steven K., Roger P., and Mike I. all applauded the move.

In an only somewhat related story, shortly after the sale, both L. Brooks Patterson and Matty .M. passed away in their sleep. Both had left wills deeding the entirety of their assets to the Belle Isle Zoo.

AWESOME!!!! what do you guys think? i think it sounds ok, but only if the project includes ground floor retail... check out the story yourselves:

If you would stop eating those six burrito midnight snacks, you would sleep better and in turn, the hallucinations will stop by themselves. In how many different colors did you have this vision?

It's really not even funny anymore because it's overdone. Every forum in the world gets flooded with trash on April Fools day. It didn't take long for the first idiotic april fools post to pop up, and sure enough, the title was enough to be obvious.

MICHIGAN CENTRAL STATION! OH NO! Now those parking lots won't be going ANYWHERE! AND, THERE WON'T BE ANY CHANGE TO THE SKYLINE!

However, at least they are moving to Detroit, it's a start.

That April Fools sucked. It didn't "Fool" anyone.

All it did was make fun of Detroit for being economically depressed. Nothing new.

it was more a dream than an attempt to fool. and though it'd prefer quicken downtown (with groundfloor retail) i wanted to tie in as many detroit dream fixes as possible...
