Driving around the Fisher Building, numerous traffic lights were out down Grand Blvd and the surrounding streets. This was around 6:45 or so. Anybody else noticing this? Is it just traffic lights or is it affecting anything else?

Any idea as to the cause?

I heard that Thirkell school is closed today because of a power outage.
